Pricing & Discounts
Nature’s Garden bulk pricing is manufacturer-direct with a minimal handling markup.
Bulk pricing is not eligible for coupons, promotions, free gifts, or sales.
Price Changes
Manufacturers may change product costs without notice.
Nature’s Garden bulk pricing will be updated accordingly as changes are received.
Special Request Carrier Fee
Due to ongoing increases in freight costs, Nature’s Garden applies a Special Carrier Request Fee.
If a carrier is quoted by our Freight Specialist and a different carrier is requested, the customer is responsible for the cost difference, including fuel surcharges.
Example:
- Estes: $300 freight + $75 fuel surcharge = $375 total
- FedEx: $500 freight + $150 fuel surcharge = $650 total
Additional charge: $275
Special Carrier Shipments
Regularly quoted shipping fees may not apply to:
- Bulk orders
- Large-quantity orders
- Heavy freight shipments
These shipments may incur:
- Accessorial charges
- Fuel surcharges

Orders weighing 300 lbs or more are classified as bulk/freight shipments and may incur the following:

Bulk inventory is not stocked.

If available, overstock inventory may be used to fulfill orders sooner.
Canceled Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are custom manufacturer orders and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Returns
Bulk items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
